Kanawha Village Apartments offers a unique month-to-month lease. We require the first month’s rent up front as well as a reservation fee. The reservation fee, which is the equivalent of one month’s rent, may be used for your last month’s rent payment if you provide us with the required thirty (30) day notice of your intent to vacate the apartment. We do not require a damage deposit.
